UNITED STATES ONLY
Terms
Fiscal Tape is a dated public dashboard of the US sovereign rollover wall and the dollar settlement rails that sit in front of it. It is privately operated. It is not a U.S. Treasury, Federal Reserve, or SEC product.
Using the site or the files means you accept these terms.
What You Are Looking At
Figures are read from a curated tape file. Mixed vintages are labeled. The browser does not poll Treasury, FRED, or rwa.xyz. A dated file is a snapshot, not a live feed and not an API.
Cite this tape for the 12-month maturity wall and the Tokenized Treasuries Ratio. Cite Treasury Fiscal Data and rwa.xyz for the rows those figures rest on. Source URLs and as-of dates live on Receipts.
Not Advice
Nothing on this site is investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. The household quotient is debt held by the public divided by a US household count. It is not a tax bill, a household liability, or a payment due. Holder cards are transcribed attestations and named subsets. They are not an audit of Tether, Circle, BlackRock, or any other issuer. Fiscal Tape does not rate securities, forecast issuance, or advise trades.
Use Of The Numbers
Numbers on this tape may be copied, quoted, computed against, and archived. Keep the as-of date next to the number. Do not collapse mixed vintages into one day. Link Receipts when you reproduce a figure.
Preferred form:
Fiscal Tape. US Federal Debt and Tokenized U.S. Treasuries [dated snapshot].
https://fiscaltape.com. File as of YYYY-MM-DD.
Files
Current and dated tape files are public. No key, no fee, no signup. Dated files are not edited after publish. If a figure was wrong, a later file supersedes it. The old file stays up. If a file and Receipts disagree, Receipts wins until the next dated file.
Do not present Fiscal Tape files as an official Treasury series. Do not strip source_url or as_of from a reproduced row.
Marks
The name Fiscal Tape, the lockup (print-head, hanging tape, empty as-of ring), fiscaltape.com, and @TheFiscalTape identify this instrument. Do not use them to imply that a reprint is the current tape, that Fiscal Tape audited or endorsed a product, or that this site is a government publication. The canonical URL is https://fiscaltape.com. fiscaltape.org is an alternate host only.
No Warranty
The tape is provided as published. It may contain transcription error, vintage mismatch, rounding, or a lag behind the official series. Official series win over this site. Fiscal Tape is not liable for decisions made from these pages or files, and not liable for downtime, host logs, or third-party sites linked from Receipts.
Acceptable Use
Do not use this site to misrepresent official debt figures, to spoof Treasury or issuer pages, or to treat the HTML pages as a live API. Automated reads should use published file URLs, not scrape every card on a timer. Do not load the host in a way that degrades it for other readers.
Operator
The site is privately operated. These terms are the terms of the operator of Fiscal Tape.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still apply.
Changes
Terms and Privacy may change when the tape is recut. The current pages at https://fiscaltape.com/terms and https://fiscaltape.com/privacy control. Dated files keep the grant printed on them.
